I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Another amazing treatment! Katie is excellent at finding the problem areas and unknotting them and gave me the best night’s sleep afterwards. The only problem is the time goes far too quickly!!

I had the best treatment with Alice. I was so lucky to be the winner of a giveaway and it came at the most perfect time; right after a long haul flight. I left floating! I really appreciated the beautiful space, it was so peaceful and smelt amazing. I felt so looked after and can't wait to book back in. Thank you Alice! x

Charlotte was fantastic. Since having my baby, my neck and shoulders have suffered due to the demands of breastfeeding. Within 45 minutes, Charlotte had released 9 months of built up muscle tension. Thank you so much! It was worth the military operation and organisation to attend this appointment!

Brilliant sports massage, exactly what I needed. I’d been carrying so much tension and stiffness and could genuinely feel the difference straight afterwards. Friendly, professional and really knowledgeable, they took the time to understand where the problem areas were rather than just doing a generic massage. The pressure was spot on and I left feeling so much more relaxed and mobile. Highly recommend!

Matt is the best around! I’ve had a couple of different injuries in the past year. Matt has instantly pinpointed what the cause is, fixed it and got me back to training again! Don’t waste your money going anywhere else.

The most beautiful and relaxing space. I instantly felt peaceful entering the treatment room. My first reflexology treatment and I felt very relaxed after. My body felt much looser and calmer during and after the treatment. I’ll definitely have this treatment from Ali again.
