This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

Ana was such a wonderful help in fixing my nails after I had really messed them up by biting them and trying to remove a gel manicure myself (oops!). She took great care in shaping them and giving me advice for after care to keep them healthy. All the staff were very kind and welcoming and kept the stations and materials clean with excellent safety and health protocols. Easy booking online and no wait when I got there at all. I will definitely return!

Builder gel is incredible!! Jessica takes the time to ensure it’s settled properly before curing and makes sure you like how it’s coming along. Def will be coming back here regularly!

I enjoyed the booking experience, sending a design questionnaire and giving photo inspo uploading so the techs have an idea of what I wanted. The attention to making my nails naturally shaped and not thick and wonky with the tap hybrid gel. The design was encouraged and communication was clear. Michele was wonderful will return!

Today I had Jess and Zoey for my manicure and pedicure. They are such an amazing technician that cared about the details a lot. I got Tropical Bliss Pedicure and manicure with paraffin. Not also the services made me feel so relaxing and pampered but the place is so chic that I’m ready to book my next appointment with Mademoiselle.

The salon is beautiful and clean! Tim was great. I was getting my liquid gel drilled off and he was very honest about how weak my nails were going to be. He made sure I left the salon with shape I wanted & buffed them out so they were nice and smooth!
