I honestly can't recommend Stacey enough. Every massage has made such a difference to how I feel, not just physically but mentally too. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and so much more relaxed than when I arrived. It's amazing how much tension melts away, and I carry that sense of calm with me long after the session. The massage I didn’t know I needed as much as I did! After a crazy busy few weeks I went for an aromatherapy message. An efficient consultation followed by a bespoke blend of oils matched to my needs and a relaxing hour of massage. A wonderfully relaxing experience.

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care.
