My first appointment with Alexa today and she was so lovely, I was a little nervous before the appointment but she put me at ease straight away. Karen is amazing very professional and excellent at everything she does. I've had my hair done and before Christmas had my eye lashes and eyebrows tinted. I had NEVER had it done before and she was gentle with me and talked to me all the way through. Yesterday she did my nails for the first time with acrylic which are stunning. I can't recommend her enough you will not be disappointed, give her a go soon thank you Susan
