She was so knowledgable about the treatment and it was so relaxing, whilst also giving great results to help reduce inflammation and bloating in my mid section. Natalie is really personable, we talked through what issues I was having and she recommended treatments and how they can help. The lymphatic drainage massage I had was incredibly relaxing and I could feel and see the benefits immediately.

Toni has been helping me prepare for this year’s marathon after deferring last year. Every session I always leave feeling well informed and in better shape. As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. Thank you ☺️

Amazing! Daniella is literally the greatest. After a dodgy lip filler experience with resulted in 2 balls on my lip, she dissolved refilled, and have another top up and have finally got the size and shape I’ve always desired. She is not only a expert at her craft, but an amazing human being who makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door!

I’ve been seeing Tanith for many years. As a young man I was very quiet/shy when I first arrived, but over the years Tanith has become more of a friend/big sister.
