Regina did an amazing job on my boho/goddess braids. Since I don’t get braids often, she was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and guiding me to the best options for my vacation. Her attention to detail shows in her work, and I’m really happy with the final result!

Khadija has been doing my hair roughly 5 years now and my experience has always been amazing from start to finish. Once she learns your hair, the braiding is completed quickly, yet the quality never slip Very professional, and so welcoming every single time. The space is always incredibly clean, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. On top of that, the aroma of the new salon is so comfortable and pleasant — it truly adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I'd rate Braid Coutoure 100/10 every single time - already counting the days til my next visit ♥️✌🏾

Kadeja was very warm and professional, I was extremely late for my appointment but she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her instead she offered me solution to reschedule so she could style. Now let's talk about the sewin ... Flawless installation, braids were not tight , FLATTTTTT and gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great work and exceptional customer service . Must mention Shaylaya (owner) she was very kind, warm and professional when she reach out to check in on me. The salon was peaceful and calm, nice music and no loud banter. Overall a lovely experience

Literally a lifesaver. God bless her and her assistant braider for the day. I was able to get off the waitlist and have my hair braided small knotless boho braids in only 4 hours. She is very sweet and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.

Today was me totally stepping out of the box. I was a little apprehensive at first because I am not a usual make up wearer. I kept telling her " please don't make me look like a duppy" hahahahah. My pet peeve for make up is seeing women with layers of heavily caked make up on. I must say she did an excellent job, she reassured me of her quality, walked me through each thing she applied and answered any questions I had. I invited her to share the Joke of my reality of the weight of the eye lashes and that was a good moment. Thank you Tracey for making this new experience a wonderful one
