Had 3 sessions of body contouring here, it is easy to find (next door to jewellery quarter train station). The lady conducting my sessions is very knowledgeable about the treatment and I have started seeing results in a short time (just after the second session). Highly reccommended xx

Wow, wow, wow. What a passionate team, full of knowledge and time for their patients. I had a cryo and a body massage and I left upset that they don’t offer services closer to me! I’d 100% go more often if only it wasn’t a few hours journey for me. If you’re wondering whether to try it, I say do it, do it for yourself. Great place!

What an amazing experience! Felt the benefits straight away. I’m a Cryotherapist specialising in cold water immersion and have been looking for a place to test out a Cryo Chamber for a while. I felt a massive difference between cold water immersion and the dry ice chamber; it located weak areas of my body ie. my knees activating a healing process that I could actually feel!
