I had the most relaxing Hydrafacial with Molly yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. She was so warm and kind, as always, and explained each step, making me feel completely at ease. I also had dermaplaning for the first time, and she did it with so much care and attention. My skin felt incredibly smooth, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Molly is so professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I highly recommend her and can't wait to book again!

Phoebe Rose was so welcoming and knowledgeable! I was comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door, offered a drink and offered extra treatments, and my hair turned out beautifully. I had a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again😊

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a Glow Facial with Molly and it was fantastic. Molly was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the treatment. Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off .
