Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Very good, Ruby is excellent. She listens to what you want to do with your hair. A lot of hairdressers don’t. She was caring and sought help for a hair condition I have. She gave me solutions. Can’t fault the service, staff or price. Thank you Ruby.

I always love going to see Sam and have a chat, and of course have my hair cut - it is a proper treat! Sam has the magic touch! I always feel so confident, relaxed and cheerful after spending an hour in Sam's company. Thank you! 💖

Had a cut with Darryl. He cuts my hair weekly and is one of the best barbers I’ve been too. Good chat, great cut. Feel really safe too with me and him wearing masks. Fully recommended.
