I can't recommend Hair by Jazz Dalila enough. My daughter went for a silk press and trim as a little treat. She's very shy and reserved, but Jazz immediately made her feel comfortable and at ease with her kind and gentle approach. The results were incredible. My daughter's hair has honestly never looked so healthy, shiny and full of life. You can tell Jazz really cares about the condition of your hair, not just how it looks when you leave the salon. My daughter came away feeling so much more confident and absolutely loved her hair. We'll definitely be making this a regular treat!

Am always pleased with my hair after going to Sue. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere and Sue is always so helpful giving advice on products etc. Always a pleasure to go to the hairdresser's.

We had the most wonderful experience! My daughter had a silk press and trim, and we were both absolutely over the moon with the results. She arrived feeling really anxious after a previous bad experience at another salon, but Jazz was incredible. She was so kind, patient and reassuring, taking the time to make my daughter feel completely at ease throughout. By the end of the appointment, my daughter couldn't stop smiling and left feeling so confident and happy with her beautiful hair. Great experience staff friendly polite, discuss what having done to hair new style and how much you need cut off. Premises clean and tidy. They check temperature of water acceptable for you, give great head massage, offer choice of drink. Great service.

A very enjoyable experience. Sue was methodical & meticulous with her colouring process. Did not rush it at all. Pleasant post colouring hair wash & a very careful cut. Did not feel rushed at all even though the appointment was later in the day. Would recommend.
