Piper did an amazing job!!! I came in to have my hair corrected from highlights done at a salon that left me with a brassy (almost orange) tint at my roots. She listened to what I was wanting and executed it perfectly!!! I’ve learned my lesson not to “try somewhere new”.

If you ever need a great blowout, go to MAK for any and all services from cuts, color, highlights, lowlights, up-do's braiding, straightening, Keratan or even pems this is none stop shopping for great prices. Not to mention your helping students practice to be professional hairdressers and barbers!!

Terrelle took his time with me & recommended a fabulous color and highlights. When it was all completed, I’ve never been so happy with a color/highlight in my entire life!! Wow, what a beautiful transformation. I will come back to Terrelle for all of my cuts, color & highlights going forward. He is an amazing stylist & I highly recommend him. Bravo!!

McKenzie was great! So kind and gentle with my hair. The color and highlights were beautiful. I scheduled my next appointment with her already! MAC is a great place and easy to get to. Prices are amazing. I highly recommend!!

Faith was amazing and applied the color perfect. The formula was not “perfect” for my roots (10 when my roots normally get a 7) so the roots came back very very light. Luckily a toner was used (that I feel like I should’ve paid for since this was not my fault) and evened out my roots to the rest of my hair. Other than the additional $20 and slightly stressed, I put my “faith” in Faith and it turned out decent. I want to go back to have my hi lights and lowlights done, but I would like the manager/owner to listen better to my wants and needs when it comes to mixing the colors.

Lae, was very kind and professional with me yesterday. I had a color challenge that pushed her in her learning which is always good. We were able to get the perfect color with a little help from Tatiana! After all they need us to learn and I’ve never left unsatisfied. Lae will make a great hairstylist when she gets her wings. ; )

Great experience with the stylist; however, the manager/owner would not allow her to put a toner on my highlights. I told the manager I was going to buy a toner and put that on myself because that IS what I wanted. I have used toners before and toners do not damage the hair. The manager talked to me like I was dumb about chemicals.

I was really nervous about trying a new color, but Abagail made the whole experience so comfortable. She did a root touch-up and partial foil, and the results were amazing. It turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back to see her.
