Great experience. Sophie really listened to my very vague (and probably confusing!) explanation of what I wanted and somehow brought it to life perfectly. This was a big change from my usual high-maintenance highlights, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I found Bottega Lounge on Instagram and I'm so glad I did! Sophie & the team are so lovely and it's such a beautiful relaxing environment. I had my colour done here last week (full head of highlights/balayage) and I had tape extensions fitted today for thickness too. I'm so thrilled with the results and have already begun recommending my friends & family. So so so happy I found this place - I'll defo be back again and again.

I had an appointment with Lotte who was great. I had a nightmare journey (2.25 hours instead of 30 mins) and she was so accommodating, as were the other staff even offering to grab me some food. I had fallen out of love with my hair due to another salon messing the colour up. Lotte worked her magic, taking my hair back to my natural colour with a few highlights and has a plan to get me back to a blonde I love. Highly recommend the services and the beautiful calm salon environment xXx

This was my first time seeing Kira fir my colour, cut and blowdry and she was very good. I am very fussy about my hair and it takes a lot for me to trust a new hairdresser but Kira was very understanding and surprised me.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this little gem of a place! Can’t believe I’ve never really noticed the salon until now. I will definitely be a regular. I’ve already booked in my next treatment! Szilvia was warm, welcoming & very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. The colour selection for mani’s & pedi’s is amazing- so much choice - never seen this anywhere else.

Sadie was supposed to do my hair on Saturday but she was off sick. Alessa done my roots & scattered highlights, at first I wasn’t sure about the colour she used but Alessa toned it down. Alessa went out of her way to make me feel happy and got advice from her senior manager. I’m very pleased with Alessa work , she will go far in her career and I definitely would recommend her to friends and family.
