My roots were done today by nessey and i had my roots cut, they were long, I wish they relized when I say to skin it dosent mean a few mm in lenght she also deied my cut off so when i wash it im thinking a lot of dye will come out

Really happy with my new colour, Josh listened to what I wanted. Cut my hair beautifully and kept checking to make sure I was happy.. he was also very welcoming and friendly.

Everyone was so nice and supportive especially my stylist Megan who put in the effort to talk and make me feel comfortable offered drinks several times and reassured me several times did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel and look absolutely stunning without damaging or ruining my hair at all love the place so much would 100% recommend others to go and get their treatment or colouring from here very very experienced and professional

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I have just been for my first appointment with Sam, and also decided to change colour right off. Having met Sam for a test patch & consultaton, I really knew I'd be in safe hands, and trusted her to do a great job, which she did. Sam is extremely friendly, professional and clearly knows what she's doing; I have never been so happy with my hair. When I was able to see the before and after photos, I was blown away and couldn't believe it was my hair! The salon is private, quiet and beautifully decorated, and Sam was attentive, easy to get on with and made me feel totally at ease Thank you Sam

Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester! She’s very professional while maintaining that relaxed atmosphere throughout the session. Hannah was absolutely amazing turned my awful home dyed hair into beautiful locks! Hannah made me feel at ease and made sure throughout that I was happy. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and friendly. I was really happy with how my hair colour turned out after all my bleaching at home I was worried it wouldn't take but Hannah performed a miracle and I love the outcome more importantly it got my kids seal of approval !
