Jen is a fabulous healer. I was made to. Feel welcome, safe and held. The back massage helped the tension in mu neck and shoulders feel softer and reduced! I felt very calm and peaceful when i left and carried on feeling lighter.

I’m absolutely in love with my nails! Grace has done the most beautiful design with delicate black flowers, and the attention to detail is incredible. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the finish is flawless. Such a lovely, friendly experience from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant experience. Mubina demonstrated in depth knowledge, and explained the process in great detail. She was attentive, professional, and carried out the treatment with the utmost care. The snacks were a great touch. Overall a fabulous experience and can’t recommend enough; I’ll definitely be back soon.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
