I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair Muse again. Phoebe as always was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted, offered some great advice, and gave me the best haircut & colour. She’s so friendly, professional, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. My expectations are managed considerately & professionally, the advice given is always well reasoned & up to date. I trust everyone in this salon.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Jodie was honestly so good!! She worked her magic and recovered my hair from being so bad before. She made sure the colour was perfect before I left the salon and gave me exactly what I wanted! I am so so happy with my hair and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!
