Ruth was very careful and soothed the knots very well, and it made me feel so much better. I came out of the massage feeling refreshed and physically relaxed, and my knots subsided ! Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Ruth was so welcoming and quickly puts you at ease. I booked an Indian head massage due to neck pain. After examination Ruth also noted areas of my back where she felt the pain my be coming from so added these in to the treatment. I will be making another appointment soon.

Had the most amazing Relax & Release Back Ritual this afternoon with a Scalp Ritual add on. I felt like I literally floated out of the salon as Ashleigh released so much tension from my neck and shoulders. Finishing off with the scalp massage too was the icing on the cake. This treatment should be on prescription! Will be rebooking very soon!
