Chloe did a colour correction as unfortunately I had a bad experience elsewhere. She took so much care and the whole experience was great finishing of with a lovely gentle blow-dry and style. The team are lovely and always accommodating. I’ve had Rachael and Charlotte do my hair in the past too and it always turns out beautiful. Thanks total makeover team.

absolutely brilliant 💚I came to the salon with my 9yo daughter which needed a little trim (hair 4b/4c). I'm absolutely obsessed with the result. Very nice, friendly and welcoming service. I've received a lot of tips and advice how to properly look after my daughter's hair. The salon itself is beautiful, classy and minimalistic. My daughter has been treated like a princess the whole appointment and came back home very happy :) I will come back here 100% and highly recommend this place to everyone

I can’t say this enough my hair looks absolutely beautiful not only was the service 5 stars the hair quality is real and I look 10years younger I’ve never had extensions before and I was abit nervous but looking at myself now I can’t believe how good I feel I highly recommended Valentina’s and affordable too thank you so much I feel a million dollars

Tash is the best hair experience I’ve ever had, As soon as I entered today I felt slightly nervous as trusting people with my hair is a fear for me. Even at the consultation she was lovely and so reassuring, as soon as my weft was fitted today I fell in love, the blend is insane and the quality of the hair!! She was professional and so so lovely I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The hair is stunning and my confidence is boosted so much!! Couldn’t recommend more ! 💓

Visiting the salon is more than getting my colour freshened and maintained, its a warm welcome amongst a talented team that have become friends. The salon itself is modern but comfortable, offering complimentary refreshments and a wide screen TV. Prices are medium range but you definitely get more than what you pay for over all. If you are looking for a new salon to make your regular, with trustworthy, friendly & talented professionals, definitely give this family owned salon a try. Their reputation and client retention speaks for itself. I’ve been a client here for atleast 12 years.

Honestly amazing, was so nervous having hair extensions done for the first time as I’ve always had long hair myself in the past. Tasha always made me feel at ease and answered any questions and made me feel comfortable through our consultation and then my fitting today, very chatty and bubbly to be around too would highly recommend, thanks again for my dark luscious locks xxx
