I have been seeing Jo now for a good few years and all I can say is she absolutely amazing and my saviour and that is not being dramatic. I suffer with numerous conditions that no amount of consultant have cured, but seeing Jo has made my life bearable when no one else could. If you ever looking for an experienced knowledgeable sports therapist then you must look Jo up. More to the point if you have lost hope and think you need to go down the route of big operations please try to book in with Jo first. She listens explains and makes the world of difference.

Had my first physio review today, and it was really good. Jo was brilliant—she knew exactly what she was doing and quickly identified where my pain was coming from. Feeling positive about the treatment plan ahead. Highly recommend her!

I've had several therapy sessions with Jo, and my back & shoulders feel much less tense and so much better. The sessions are comfortable and Jo is easy to get along with, as well as being attentive to the tensions she finds or that I describe. Jo isn't afraid to use enough force, and also doesn't leave me feeling like I've been beaten. Well-measured therapy. Jo has also advised and demonstrated exercises for my particular issues. I'm very happy with how my therapy is going and I highly recommend Jo.

Met Jo today for help with pain in my right shoulder and arm to see if there was anything she could do to ease the pain. Had a great session with her and she explained what the cause was. Jo was very good and helped ease the pain and gave me some exercises to do to help me going forward. I highly recommend Jo and will be recommending her to family and friends. I will certainly be booking her again for more physio when needed. Thank you Jo.

2nd visit with Jo and it was definitely needed. I was so stiff and sore I could hardly move my neck. One hour with Jo and I feel a lot looser. A long way to go to ease the stiffness and pain however Jo is so knowledgeable I know we will get there.

Jo has been great with relieving my back pain, but what sets her apart is how she explains the mechanics behind how the body works. She took the time to walk me through everything she was doing, which made me feel much more confident in my recovery. I would highly recommend her!
