I always feel so good after I leave Natalie. Once I mentioned to her that I was having these aches on the edges of my ears. Natalie started doing an ear massage with every facial service. My aches disappeared!!! Lately I have been waking up with the back of my neck,going into my head and my shoulders very tight which was leading to sometimes waking up with a migraine. Natalie, did an awesome little massage on my neck, head and shoulders, still also doing the ear massage AND my regularly scheduled facial! Natalie takes such good care of my face and body. She is simply amazing!

New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

The blend is seamless, and the results look incredibly natural. Alina is talented, knowledgeable, and pays amazing attention to detail. Her salon is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. It was my first time going for a hair consult and a hair cut with Elena, I was so happy with the result, Elena is such a professional and talented hair stylist, I was so pleased with her services, I left feeling so refreshed and my hair had so much life put back into it. The vibe of her salon is so ZEN as well, it's super cozy and relaxing. 😊. On a side note - Elena is such a genuine sweet person. Over the past year, I’ve been coming in every 4–6 weeks as part of a plan to keep my hair looking its best. At each visit, Elena takes care of a root touch-up, and as I grow out my bob, we’ve mapped out when to trim and when to tone. I love the product line that she carries and everyone once in a while I leave with something new to try. I highly recommend Elleven Hair Studio for those who don’t just want a cut or color, but a true partnership in achieving and maintaining their best hair.

This salon is a real gem in Langley! My favourite stylist is Autumn (great name) and she is unbelievably talented. Not just with cuts, but wow her colour services are fabulous. She is truly a hair artist! And such a sweetheart.

I just had the most incredible facial with Natalie at NL Artistry! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing—I think I even drifted off for a second. My skin feels deeply hydrated and has a glow I haven’t seen in months.
