I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Elena! My nano extensions are absolutely flawless, and the color match was so perfect that we didn’t even need any additional color or toner. The blend is seamless, and the results look incredibly natural. Alina is talented, knowledgeable, and pays amazing attention to detail. Her salon is beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. It was my first time going for a hair consult and a hair cut with Elena, I was so happy with the result, Elena is such a professional and talented hair stylist, I was so pleased with her services, I left feeling so refreshed and my hair had so much life put back into it. The vibe of her salon is so ZEN as well, it's super cozy and relaxing. 😊. On a side note - Elena is such a genuine sweet person. Over the past year, I’ve been coming in every 4–6 weeks as part of a plan to keep my hair looking its best. At each visit, Elena takes care of a root touch-up, and as I grow out my bob, we’ve mapped out when to trim and when to tone. I love the product line that she carries and everyone once in a while I leave with something new to try. I highly recommend Elleven Hair Studio for those who don’t just want a cut or color, but a true partnership in achieving and maintaining their best hair.

New and upcoming salon in Willoughby -This place is a vibe! The girls are great. For a team of junior stylists everyone seems very experienced. They work as a team and pay close attention to detail. I really enjoyed the head spa. And when I left my glasses behind, they were quick to call and get them back to me. Definitely recommend.

Isabella is truly amazing! She’s one of the very few people I completely trust with my hair. Every time I go, she really listens to what I’m looking for and somehow gets it exactly right. I always walk out loving my hair! On top of her talent, her customer service is incredible. She’s so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to; you instantly feel comfortable in her chair. She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and makes the whole experience feel personal and relaxed, not rushed. I can’t recommend her enough!
