Karla is amazing she did a dark full head colour I wanted highlights but that would require bleach and my ends can’t handle it right now but she was able to keep the lightness in the ends and give it a little dimension of lightness that I had underneath which I love! She also fixed up a really bad hair style I got previously. Absolutely would recommend she’s someone who actually cares and does a great job!

Thank you ladies for another lovely experience at the salon this morning. I haven't recieved as many compliments on my hair in my life, than I have in last 6 months and it's down to you. I flew up from Canberra with the recommendation from my sister to visit Thairapy. My last few hair salon experiences had been so negative, so my expectations were high. My experience with the girls was nothing short of amazing. They listened to my last experiences and thoroughly asked what I'd like to have done, walking me through the process of what they were doing.
