Jade is just a superstar. Love everything about her and the salon she's in. Great experience. And for the third time... best cut and colour ever. I love how all the stylists help each other too, such an awesome vibe. Highly recommend:)

Gabby was lovely and she has very gentle hands. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to getting me an appointment at short notice. Unfortunately when I got home and checked the mirror my eyebrows were uneven in shape and the amount of product used on each brow. I had random hairs that were dyed but should obviously have been removed as they were lower than the brow shape. I did tidy them up myself with some tweezers but tbh it was a little disappointing.

Great experience (again) with Ash..today a Keratin treatment, which I've not had before. Looking forward to less friz. Ash explained the whole process to me in detail and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend both Ash and the team at Saks!

My first experience at Saks - and it was really great. Such a friendly team, that help each other out, and give the salon a relaxed chill feeling. Ashleigh did a great job with my foils and blow dry..love it. Highly recommend!!

Could not rate Ashleigh higher. I’ve had so many bad experiences with hairdressers, I have very fine hair that’s recovering from years of damage & Ashleigh listened to what I wanted, reassured me throughout the process as I was quite anxious about damaging my hair again and when it was finished, she showed me before and after pics and I couldn’t believe the after pics were my hair! Extremely efficient time management which is also something I value. So happy, exactly what I wanted. Can’t recommend Ashleigh enough.

I was looked after by Marcee, who was absolutely incredible. She took me from box dye black to the most beautiful, rich brown – honestly the best colour I’ve ever had! Throughout the whole process, Marcee was so kind, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The atmosphere in the salon was amazing, with such positive and welcoming vibes. Marcee’s incredible skill and the service was nothing short of outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the overall experience – I’ll definitely be back!
