Stefano killed it! I have fine 3A/3B curls and came to him with my reference photos from IG. He took the time to wholeheartedly listen to me and what I was going for, considering my preference and hair type. Stefano is so easy to talk to and after we came to an agreement about the vision he made sure to walk me through not only what he was doing but how I could achieve the same results at home. I love my cut which came out exactly how I wanted while preserving my length! I’m from the U.S. but if I lived in Brisbane Stefano would be my go-to for sure!

I’m so glad I found Studio Sterling a few months ago. Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! You couldn’t ask for a better team 💗 If you’re in Brisbane and need literally anything beauty related, you have to go and visit Jess and the girls asap.

I have shopped around a few hairdressers in Brisbane, and now keep coming back to the mane society. Easy to access and plenty of free street parking. Katie not only did a wonderful job at my hair, but was also so kind, understanding and patient of my newborn daughters needs. 🩷 Yummy treats provided. A very attentive and personalised service that I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you girls 🙏 X

I love Mia Hair Studio - I stumbled upon Mia with a GroupOn for a Keratin Treatment. The keratin treatment was professionally done and has lasted ages (I have very thick, curly hair and in Brisbane humidity it can be hard to control - all great now). While there, I mentioned I needed a cut, which Mia had no problem doing - she heard what I had to say and gave me the perfect cut with the texture I asked for. I have also had colouring done and just love it. I also love that it's a small boutique - I can get my hair cut and coloured in 2 hours (if you know, you know! I can spend 4 hours!)

Had an amazing hair appointment for half head highlights with Crispin, he was super nice and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. I also had a glass of wine during the appointment and felt super relaxed after. Gorgeous salon, it was my first visit and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you :)

As someone with curly hair, who has been to another Brisbane based curly hair specialist salon, this is the best my hair has ever looked coming out of the salon. My stylist actually listened to what I wanted for my colour, and I’m very happy with it.

She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure I loved the result. Claire checked in with me throughout the entire appointment, making sure I was happy with each step, and was so open to adjusting her technique to suit my curls and preferences. It never felt rushed! As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back in Italy! The salon is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and so welcoming. You can really see the passion and care behind this new place. The service was perfect from start to finish — friendly, professional, and they made me feel completely comfortable straight away. I had a lovely experience with Jessicka! What a great space to receive a personalised experience and treatment. She was very welcoming and caring. Had an amazing experience with Danica today, she was so kind and thoughtful asking all the right questions making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and offering advice when I wasn't sure! Made me so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Would 100% recommend Danica and Bhava salon if you're looking for a friendly, professional but reasonably priced hairdresser in Brisbane.
