Best salon in Brisbane. All the staff are amazingly talented. I have very curly hair and have been going to Lunatic Fringe for 5+ years and have never walked out after an appointment disappointed. If you have curly hair, you'll know what I mean. 100% recommend!

I was visiting Brisbane and needed a reliable haircut, so I came across Ryan.Co—a great find. As someone who gets their hair cut weekly and usually trusts only one barber, this was a welcomed change. Nikhale delivered a precise, high-quality cut, with impressive knowledge and attention to detail. He made the experience feel personal and customer-focused, and was easy to chat to—friendly and genuinely interesting. A top experience I’d highly recommend.

I’m so glad I found Studio Sterling a few months ago. Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! You couldn’t ask for a better team 💗 If you’re in Brisbane and need literally anything beauty related, you have to go and visit Jess and the girls asap.

Simply love it!!! Natasha is super friendly and did such an amazing job — I left the salon absolutely loving my hair, which is rare for me! She covered my greys beautifully and added some super natural highlights that blend perfectly with my brunette colour. She also gave me a gorgeous 60s-style fringe, just like I asked for. I highly recommend going there, and I’ll certainly be back many times from now on! 💜

I had such a lovely experience at Alfie Hair Design. I’ve just moved to Brisbane, and I’m so happy I’ve found Max! She did exactly what I wanted, and nothing felt rushed at all. She was incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen. I’m so happy with my hair and have already rebooked my next appointment :)

Had an amazing hair appointment for half head highlights with Crispin, he was super nice and listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Really good knowledge of hair texture and colour I was impressed with it. It was a pleasure chatting to both him and the owner who gave me a lovely restaurant rec as I was visiting Brisbane. I also had a glass of wine during the appointment and felt super relaxed after. Gorgeous salon, it was my first visit and I'd highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you :)

As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was back in Italy! The salon is absolutely beautiful, stylish, and so welcoming. You can really see the passion and care behind this new place. The service was perfect from start to finish — friendly, professional, and they made me feel completely comfortable straight away. I loved both the haircut and the colour; everything was done so beautifully and exactly how I wanted it. Huge compliments to the boys — Brisbane needed a little Italian touch like this! Ale

Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else. After moving to Brisbane in 2004. I went hairdresser to hairdresser until I found Jo. I have been a loyal customer for easily 10 years. She has experience that I haven’t found elsewhere. Thanks Jo.

Larissa is amazing. I have really dark roots and fine hair. As a result, I generally struggle to get nice blonde foils. Larissa took her time and listened to me. My foils and colour are just perfect. Couldn't be happier. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Had an amazing experience with Danica today, she was so kind and thoughtful asking all the right questions making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and offering advice when I wasn't sure! Made me so comfortable as soon as I walked in. Would 100% recommend Danica and Bhava salon if you're looking for a friendly, professional but reasonably priced hairdresser in Brisbane. Jessica’s kind and polite hospitality made me feel very calm arriving for my first session. She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! Jenn is an absolute hair wizard! 🥹 I’ve been a red hair ariel vibes for a while now and if ykyk creative colours can be sooooo tricky, but she totally nailed it. My colour is so vibrant and beautiful and honestly the best it’s ever looked! 😍 You can tell she really knows what she’s doing, and her experience shows not just in the result but in how much she cares throughout the whole process.
