I came to James's salon with very long black box dyed hair. Having been nervous but excited about a transformation, I let go of it all and have entrusted James with his creative freedom. Today was my third session with James and I can really start to see my hair transform. My transformation is magical, and I feel better about my hair everyday as we get closer and closer to my vision. I’ve just walked out of James’s salon feeling like a million dollars. I'm already counting the days til our next session. You truly are amazing!

I can’t recommend my Casey highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic at what she does. From the moment I sit in the chair, she really takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure she fully understands the look I’m going for. What I especially appreciate is how she explains everything she’s doing and why — whether it’s the cut, the colour placement, or the products she’s using. I’ve been here two times since moving to Adelaide six months ago. Chaps came highly recommended from a few of my friends and they do not disappoint. Sam has cut my hair and beard both times. Clarity by James Henderson is a serene space with a soothing ambiance, offering convenient free road parking. During my first hair colouring experience at this salon, Lisa carefully listened to my wishes and flawlessly executed my desired hair colour. Highly recommend and will most definitely visit again.

Had my first massage with Ying (who is the owner). The most incredible experience I have ever had. The massage was unlike anything in Adelaide. Attention to detail, care and relaxing and beautiful space. Have already rebooked. If your after an extraordinary experience then this is definitely the centre.

Ella was amazing! I’m so happy with my hair cut and colour and she was just a beautiful person inside and out. Ella was incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout. I’m heavily pregnant and she checked in multiple times to ensure I was comfortable, hydrated and even offered to re-heat the wheat bag I’d brought with me for my sore hips. Highly recommend an appointment with her.

I am a new client at clarity by James Henderson and can I say you have made a new regular out of me. Firstly as you walk in to the salon you are greeted with James welcoming smile and instantly feel looked after. The salon is very aesthetically pleasing and clean/ modern beautiful. My stylist Paige was above amazing with my hair! I came in with golden bronde/ grey roots dry dead hair and she managed to transform my hair into a low maintenance beautiful beige blonde/bronde look exactly what I was asking for which I did not think we could achieve in this session. In all I highly recommend!

I was feeling so disheartened with my previous hair colour from another hairdresser quite recently and I went and got a consult with Ella and she helped with deciding how we could fix my hair. Which I went in and got it done a coupe of weeks later. She was so efficient and professional - absolute miracle worker and I left feeling so much more positive and confident with my hair!
