I came to James's salon with very long black box dyed hair. Having been nervous but excited about a transformation, I let go of it all and have entrusted James with his creative freedom. Today was my third session with James and I can really start to see my hair transform. My transformation is magical, and I feel better about my hair everyday as we get closer and closer to my vision. I’ve just walked out of James’s salon feeling like a million dollars. I'm already counting the days til our next session. You truly are amazing!

I can’t recommend my Casey highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic at what she does. From the moment I sit in the chair, she really takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure she fully understands the look I’m going for. Ella was amazing! I’m so happy with my hair cut and colour and she was just a beautiful person inside and out. Ella was incredibly thoughtful and kind throughout. I’m heavily pregnant and she checked in multiple times to ensure I was comfortable, hydrated and even offered to re-heat the wheat bag I’d brought with me for my sore hips. Highly recommend an appointment with her.

I was feeling so disheartened with my previous hair colour from another hairdresser quite recently and I went and got a consult with Ella and she helped with deciding how we could fix my hair. Which I went in and got it done a coupe of weeks later. She was so efficient and professional - absolute miracle worker and I left feeling so much more positive and confident with my hair!

I am a new client at clarity by James Henderson and can I say you have made a new regular out of me. Firstly as you walk in to the salon you are greeted with James welcoming smile and instantly feel looked after. The salon is very aesthetically pleasing and clean/ modern beautiful. My stylist Paige was above amazing with my hair! I came in with golden bronde/ grey roots dry dead hair and she managed to transform my hair into a low maintenance beautiful beige blonde/bronde look exactly what I was asking for which I did not think we could achieve in this session. In all I highly recommend!

For over ten years a haircut for me entailed a $5 pair of Kmart scissors and my bathroom mirror. After perusing the endless Insta profiles of barbers in Adelaide and what seemed like a plethora of skin fades and not much else I finally settled on Ryan at Chaps, Brighton. Ryan is a master of his craft and extremely versatile. The experience itself was great. The shop is immaculately clean and tidy and parking was a breeze. Already planning my next haircut and beard trim - see you in six weeks.
