I went to Ulandi for a Hollywood wax and can recommend her 1,000%! She is absolutely amazing, incredibly professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I had a powder brow touch up and although the procedure was a bit uncomfortable, Chandre made me feel relaxed. She explained the reason for discomfort and tried to put me at ease through the whole process. She also made sure that I was happy with the end result. All in all she’s a great and I recommend her anytime.

Kim is truly exceptional. She is the owner and therapist at The Brow Artist, and her work is immaculate — and I say this as someone who is very picky. Her brow shaping is consistently flawless, and her lash work lasts far longer than anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Her technique is the best I have found. I’ve been seeing Kim for over two years now, and the standard of her work has never dropped. On top of that, her space is calm, welcoming, and beautifully run — it always feels like a reset when I’m there. I wouldn’t trust my brows or lashes to anyone else.
