Great experience for my first lash lift and tint. Tash was a delight, she explained every step and very professionally, brought my short, elderly lashes back to life again. I’d been a bit nervous but there really was no need and Tash made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

I always go to Megan for my Hollywood Wax, she is very good at what she does and makes you feel at ease. Today she has also done my eyebrows and they’re perfect, I’m so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book in, you won’t be disappointed :) X

Vikki always gives her very best, makes you feel comfortable & at ease. Explains whatever treatment you are having or thinking about having. If she does not do a certain treatment she is always helpful & has been able to suggest where to go.

Megan is friendly, bubbly and a complete professional. Megan has been doing my nails, lashed and brows for nearly 2 years now and would never go elsewhere! I always leave with beautiful nails. Would recommend to all!

After ++++++years of plucking my own eyebrows I happened by chance very recently to discover Kelly and thanks to her skills and understanding as a permanent makeup artist she has created natural looking brows for me. I am beyond happy and have full confidence in Kelly and the advice she gives. Yay 👏👏👏👏 My advice to anyone considering this procedure is to contact Kelly and go for it no matter your age Kelly has the eye for what looks perfect Marion x

I have a HD brow appointment every month or two. I'm in my 50's and Isabelle always does my brows in a way that isn't harsh and makes me feel more confident in my diminishing eyebrows. The tint on the middle/end of the brows catches the little fine hairs making it look like I have more brow for her to work with. The colour is always spot on. My mum also see's her, she is in her 70's. Again the shape and colour is chosen to be just right for her older colouring and skin tone. On the odd occasion I treat myself to bioscupture nails they have been beautifully applied and last very well.

Kelly is always great every time I see her. We are currently working through brow ink loft/removal ready to start again with a fresh set of brows after 4 years since my first ones. She is always kind, informative and professional and does a great job and I will never ever go anywhere else! ☺️

Just had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Tash. It was amazing and I left feeling so much better than when I went in. I also felt much lighter. I loved how Tash took the time to explain everything before starting.

I came to shannon for my classic lash extension course after hearing very good things about her and i honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ! she was so patient, supportive and explained everything so clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day.
