Ella was welcoming and professional. She had a good mix of chatting and leaving me to relax. I had brow lamination and the new hybrid stain. She explained before the appointment what colour choices I had and what would suit. She said the stain would look more intense at the start and calm within a few days. The results were fab! I’ve already booked to have more treatments with her.

First time at simply beauty and Florence was a real delight! She is welcoming, friendly, professional and an asset to the team. I shall definitely return when I next wish for a treatment and I recommend them and Florence highly! A beautiful and bold result from a lash lift and tint!

Jasmine was lovely and explained everything during the appointment as I’d never had BIAB before. She helped me choose a nice natural colour and explained how and when to have infills. We chatted throughout and she made me feel at ease with her friendly and welcoming tone. Have booked for next month already! She was so quick as well

Had my toe nails done by Lauren on New Year’s Eve I had forgotten to write a review but she is so lovely and my nails have lasted me so long they still look like a fresh set and love the colour we ended up going for 🩷

I was very pleased with my nail extensions done by Tasha. She made sure I was happy with everything as we went along. The gel colour was applied perfectly and people have commented on how nice my nails look.
