I had my cuticles and eyebrows done today by Jessica, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She paid great attention to detail, and I'm so happy with the results. My eyebrows look amazing, and my cuticles have never looked better. Jessica clearly takes pride in her work and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend her and will definitely be coming back.

experience was amazingggg, Safa did everything she could to reassure me about my brow lamination and teeth whitening, she was very friendly and the service was amazing, she constantly asked me about my opinion about what shape of brows i want so they can be perfected. she was also very sweet to give an after care package for my teeth whitening and gave a complimentary iced coffee drink freshly made. i will definitely be booking again, service and product was absolutely amazing, i recommend!

Shan is amazing. Takes her time and makes sure I’m aware of each step of the process and helps me achieve what I want as well as sharing her knowledge of what would work for me and my hair. Super talented. She’s also the loveliest! I’ve been the Yu 3 times since moving to London after doing my research to find a place that I felt could achieve what I want. No regrets 😌✨ Both jade and Shan made me feel super welcome and taken care of from the first time I stepped in the salon - which is beautiful btw and such a nice, calm environment. I had my first ever eye lash perm and tint. The wonderful Shala done it. It was a lovely trip to the salon as always. You are made to feel extremely welcome & it’s a relaxing ambience.. Shala is amazing with all treatments. I can fully recommend an eye lash perm, it makes you look like you have false eyelashes on but, without the hassle of refills. I will definitely be getting it done again 🤩🤩🤩

As a Muslim woman, I really appreciated her arranging a private space for my treatment it made me feel completely comfortable and respected. The salon is calm and beautiful, and Char’s kindness truly stands out. She did an amazing job on my brows — kept my natural shape and made them look neat and fresh, just how I like them.
