Amazing! Kelly was brilliant with my 13 year old. My daughter was getting her eyebrows waxed. Kelly was calm and made the whole experience lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

What a great little find this place is! Had a full set of classic lashes with a eyebrow wax and tint with Lily. Professional and actually listened to what I wanted, i got exactly what I asked for! Lashes are so light my eyes are not heavy like with other technicians I have used, will not be going anywhere else now. 100% recommended.

I brought my daughter to Primrose Aesthetics for an eyebrow wax. Kelly was amazing. She explained the process to my daughter so that she knew exactly what was going to happen. My daughter was really happy with the result and we will definitely be back xx

An amazing experience! A very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly.. I had a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow tint and was extremely pleased with the results.. I had each technique explained to me and I found my beautician to be very knowledgeable and professional.. I was given lots of helpful tips and advice which I really appreciated.. I will definitely become a regular customer and I would not hesitate to recommend .. Thank you all so much and see you soon

Seen Jess for my hair twice now. The first time she really helped me out as I had dyed my hair red and it had grown out and looked awful. She helped me with a semi permanent colour as I was concerned about hair health and did a great hair cut so I left feeling so much better. The second time I came back for highlights and again she was great, really chatty and friendly and the highlights look amazing. Went to an event the day after and got lots of compliments!

**REPEAT CUSTOMER** Another fabulous set of treatments!! I have now moved all my beauty appointments to Holly because she is just so amazing.. waxing, eyebrows, nails and toes! All done in one place! Oh and her intimate waxing is the best.. super clean, new spatulas used each time, no double dipping, and you are made to feel so comfortable it’s over before you know it!
