Amazing! Kelly was brilliant with my 13 year old. My daughter was getting her eyebrows waxed. Kelly was calm and made the whole experience lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely love my brow lamination! My brows look so much fuller, perfectly shaped, and still feel natural. The treatment was relaxing, and the attention to detail was amazing. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I’ve had so many compliments already. Professional, friendly service from start to finish—I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you are looking for an outstanding beauty therapist in Ashford, look no further than Holly. I get to leave my busy life and switch off, I always leave floating after my hot stone massage, and Holly’s waxing is outstanding. She is dedicated to getting all those tricky hairs! Plus, she never double dips her waxing sticks!! I cannot tell you the amount of places I tried and experienced such unhygienic practises.. I have not been anywhere else in over a year now, and I have all my appointments booked in until the end of the year!!

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.

I had a wonderful experience with **Lisa**. Before my full colour appointment, I had my patch test and a trim today. Lisa took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I'm really happy with my trim and can't wait to come back for my full colour appointment. I would definitely recommend Lisa and the salon!

What a great little find this place is! Had a full set of classic lashes with a eyebrow wax and tint with Lily. Professional and actually listened to what I wanted, i got exactly what I asked for! Lashes are so light my eyes are not heavy like with other technicians I have used, will not be going anywhere else now. 100% recommended.

Seen Jess for my hair twice now. The first time she really helped me out as I had dyed my hair red and it had grown out and looked awful. She helped me with a semi permanent colour as I was concerned about hair health and did a great hair cut so I left feeling so much better. The second time I came back for highlights and again she was great, really chatty and friendly and the highlights look amazing. Went to an event the day after and got lots of compliments!

**REPEAT CUSTOMER** Another fabulous set of treatments!! I have now moved all my beauty appointments to Holly because she is just so amazing.. waxing, eyebrows, nails and toes! All done in one place! Oh and her intimate waxing is the best.. super clean, new spatulas used each time, no double dipping, and you are made to feel so comfortable it’s over before you know it!
