Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

My brows are amazing!! I normally get scared of getting tint done because it tends to go too dark and make me look blocky but Abbie was incredible and listened to exactly what I wanted! My brows are the perfect shade and shape!

Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

I had a really good experience getting my lash extensions and brow tint done. Liv was super gentle and knew exactly what she was doing. My lashes look beautiful and cute, and my brows came out clean and nicely shaped. I honestly felt really comfortable the whole time and walked out feeling a lot more put-together!

I was a model for Celin during her training for brow wax & tint and lash lift & tint, and honestly, you’d never guess she wasn’t fully trained yet. Her work is flawless and her aesthetic is absolutely unmatched. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. Kayla did a fantastic job on re shaping and re doing the colour. The colour had turned blue and the shape was terrible from a previous bad place I’d been to. Kayla is amazing, friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix my eyebrows. She is such a perfectionist. Highly recommended.
