Ramona was a very attentive and thorough clinician (booked brown lamination and sculpt and lash lift and tint). She took the time to ask my preference with lashes and brow end result. My eyes didn't sting leaving my lash lift/tint which has happened in the past.

Nat is so talented, kind, and funny! All of the staff are wonderful, the vibes are impeccable! I felt like I was at a cafe catching up with old friends, even though it was my first time! Also I love seeing all of the sterile instruments being opened in front of the client. Everything about Miss Jay's is a huge green flag!

I had a very bad experiences of removing the jel before, which caused my nails badly damaged. Thanks for Vicky, her focus on detail of caring and gentleness really changed my whole experience about doing nails! My nails looks nice and healthy. Highly recommended!
