I have been going to Provo Health for ozone therapy and it helped my gut microbiome so much. I no longer have acid reflux, I have less bladder infections and I feel really good. I crank up the heat, so the last 5 min are brutal but it's worth the detox. I love recommending it to people who are trying to heal

This place is the best!! ALL of the Nail Technicians were so kind, patient (my nails were an absolute disaster and needed major TLC) and had very cheerful personalities. They got me and my husband in right when we walked in the door, a full set of acrylic nails, a pedicure + A phenomenal foot massage all completed in a little over an hour. I will definitely be returning and will refer friends of mine to get their services done at Lamour Nails!! Thank you ladies! My nails are perfect and my husband still feels like he's walking on clouds days after his foot massage!!! We'll see you again soon

Wow! I have nothing but good things to report! Maily & Elise tag teamed my pedicure because we came in without a reservation and they got us in immediately and absolutely killed it! We will definitely be back! They were friendly, efficient, a nice clean environment, and my toes and feet look and feel great! They even did a scrub and massage!
