I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable I was made to feel. An explanation was given for the whole procedure. I am definitely having another one. And the sauna wasn't as bad an experience as I had remembered from years ago.

I felt so safe and comfortable with Jamie. I’d like to thank her for her warmth, care and professionalism throughout the process. I loved the infrared sauna along with the colonic. I cannot recommend A1 enough! Mariliis is an absolute angel… from the moment you arrive she makes you feel completely calm, comfortable, and at ease. This is my fifth visit now, and I’ve noticed such a huge improvement in my day to day life. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. My skin is glowing, my eyes look brighter and whiter, and there’s an overall sense of calm that stays with me long after I leave. Jamie is a wealth of knowledge and so amazing! My experience with her right from day 1 when I stepped into clinic at A1 on the Gold Coast has been nothing short of perfect ! I have had 3 sessions in under 2 weeks. I was desperate for assistance and relief and she has helped me so much in such a short period of time! I indeed have found a new love for gut health and colonics and will be a regular client of A1 for sure ❤️ so grateful for her. Best decision I ever made!

This was my first time having colon hydrotherapy. Jamie was very welcoming so I felt at ease straight away. For me the whole process was quite fascinating seeing what's being washed out of my intestines. The sensations felt weird at first but I quickly got used to it, feeling pretty relaxed for most of the session as Jamie has a way of making people feel comfortable. I had also added a 30 min IR sauna afterwards and finished with a quick shower. So I left there feeling awesomely clean, inside and out! I'm definitely up for more sessions.
