I am so glad that my mother gifted me a massage here with Michelle. From the moment I walked in I could feel my energy shift, such a relaxing, comfortable and clean space. Michelle took her time to personalise the treatment, the massage was so relaxing and I left feeling very pampered. The tea after was delicious and the perfect way to end the treatment. I highly recommend spoiling yourself, you won't regret it at all!

I cannot recommend A1 enough! Mariliis is an absolute angel… from the moment you arrive she makes you feel completely calm, comfortable, and at ease. This is my fifth visit now, and I’ve noticed such a huge improvement in my day to day life. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. My skin is glowing, my eyes look brighter and whiter, and there’s an overall sense of calm that stays with me long after I leave. I have had quite a few massages by Catherine and I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. I always feel like I am in good hands, literally! But, most recently I had a lymphatic massage, which I had not had before, and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Thanks Catherine for always taking such good care of me. Treatment was very relaxing, I fell asleep a few times. Would recommend an ayurvedic treatment if you haven't had one. Michelle is very good at what she does.

Jamie is a wealth of knowledge and so amazing! My experience with her right from day 1 when I stepped into clinic at A1 on the Gold Coast has been nothing short of perfect ! I have had 3 sessions in under 2 weeks. I was desperate for assistance and relief and she has helped me so much in such a short period of time! I indeed have found a new love for gut health and colonics and will be a regular client of A1 for sure ❤️ so grateful for her. Best decision I ever made!
