I was initially very nervous as I'm terrible with needles but Sarah was very reassuring and after the first injection I completely relaxed. Sarah's technique is spot on, not only did she do my botox without any discomfort at all she actually made me feel chilled out. I know the needles are only tiny but if you have an irrational fear of needles as I do its a much more difficult experience psychologically. No one has ever taken the time and care, it was a completely different experience than I'm used to! The girl has a magic touch!

I had lemon bottle fat dissolver done on my cheeks, it has only been 2 DAYS, and I can literally see a BIG difference!! Defo worth it! Had the best experience, amazing service from Suki, she explained everything throughly and she’s very easy to talk to!! Would highly recommended and definitely will be coming back! xx

Nice environment good service however volume lashes look like classic lashes there was no thickness or wisp/fluff to the lashes which is what I expected.

My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Strongly recommend. I booked lips with Preeya and I cant say better things about her professionalism and skill, it was my first time getting lip filler and I was re assured the whole way through. The salon its self is beautiful & in a great location. More than happy with my end result! Will be recommending.

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!
