Farah is incredibly skilled, using the perfect amount of pressure to relieve all the tension in my muscles. I felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. I had an amazing sports massage here, I have been here 3 times in the last two years and it just gets better ever time. If you want a massage by professionals that know what they are doing than this is the place. Makes you feel relaxed and actually listens to you. My first ever professional massage. I had a head, neck, shoulders and back massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. I could feel the knots as she was massaging. Afterwards I felt more flexible and totally relaxed. I also had a 24k facial, all done by the Kavi, very relaxing and gave a beautiful natural glow, not greasy which I do not like that "glowy" look that just looks greasy to me.
