The staff especially Viera and Lai consistently provide professional, ensuring I feel at ease every time. I had filler done today and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish — so kind, professional, and truly talented at what she does. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Mariam! I found her through Facebook Marketplace, and at first I was a little nervous since it was my first time booking Botox with someone I found there. She fit me into her schedule quickly when other places had long wait times. Mariam is so friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly and followed up afterward to make sure I was happy. I've had Botox before, but my results with Mariam are by far my favorite. I absolutely love them and highly recommend her!

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.

The experience was wonderful! I was able to book an appointment. I needed to come in a little bit earlier and they were able to accommodate me. They did a fantastic job with the threading and the waxing. I had my eyebrows and my lip done. Friendly and professional team. I will be booking here again, this is definitely going to be my new eyebrow and lip Place, highly recommend!
