I have been coming to Lel for my treatments for a couple of years now, her understanding & professionalism is second to none, we talk through every session together so we both know what my end goal is. I couldn’t recommend Kirsty enough! She was so lovely, warm and welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly professional, explaining every step of the process and happily answering all of my questions, no matter how big or small. The finished result is exactly what I hoped for - my hair looks so much thicker and full of vitality, yet my family have said they wouldn’t have had any idea I had extensions if they hadn’t already known! I had a wonderful experience at the clinic from start to finish. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. My practitioner was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly . The service was excellent. I had my lip filler done by Lel today and couldn’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she took the time to really understand what I wanted to achieve, as well as what I wanted to avoid, which made me feel completely listened to. She explained every step of the procedure clearly, carefully mapped out the injection points beforehand, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her calm, professional approach instantly put me at ease, and I felt I was in very safe hands. I’m so pleased with the experience and can’t wait to see the final results once everything has settled.
