I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

Great experience with Amy! She was friendly and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The massage was excellent and really helped relieve the muscle tension I’ve had from playing Netball. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Absolutely love my lashes from Lululs Beauty! I went in for my eyelash infills and they look perfect, full, fluffy, and so natural. The whole experience was relaxing and professional, and Emma really takes her time to make sure every lash is just right. I always leave feeling amazing. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! 💕✨

I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Natalia! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like a complete reset for my mind and body. I booked in for a pedicure, lash extensions with hypoallergenic glue, and a brow shape & tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet feeling refreshed and silky smooth. The lash extensions are absolutely gorgeous, the hypoallergenic glue meant no stinging or irritation at all, which made the process so comfortable. My brows were shaped and tinted perfectly to suit my face, giving me a natural but defined look.

Amy was very friendly and the treatment room as lovely and warm and the sound of rain just added to the relaxing atmosphere. She got right into my knots and my back feels so much better. My feel are lovely and soft after the 30 minute reflexology.

The most relaxed treatment I have ever had. So many little extras added to the treatment as well. Honestly was amazing I had the reflexology and Indian head massage. Can’t wait to come again.

Absolutely incredible. You’re looked after the moment you walk through the door. I had a massage with Natalia; two hours of relaxation, reiki, reflexology and massage. I feel really calm and relaxed and I am grateful for the experience and will absolutely be back again. Thank you!

Again I've had the most amazing relaxing massage, pressure was superb, in the areas where I needed, Amy is so good at what she does, I was so relaxed I fell asleep when I got home. I will definatley be back for a full body hot stones massage soon..

Had a back neck shoulder & head massage this afternoon from Amy, the pressure was superb, the whole atmosphere was just great, the rain battering down on the conservatory roof was so therapeutic, the music was tranquil I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I didn't want it to come to an end.
