This was my first time getting reflexology. However, Sana was extremely welcoming and lovely and explained the benefits of this type of massage. Sana explained in detail what she was able to pick up and notice within the massage; lower back issues, stress, etc. Overall great experience and will be coming back for another massage, Thanks, Sana!

As always, I had an absolutely wonderful massage with Brenda at Casa Regina! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brenda was professional, attentive, and really skilled. She had excellent technique and really knew how to work out the tension I'd been carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere at Casa Regina was lovely as well. Thank you so much Brenda! I went in for a intuitive 2 hour massage. The space was beautiful and peaceful. I felt safe and held throughout. It was a mixture of massage, accessing old wounds through body work and an overall sensory experience. I left feeling grounded and curious. Will be back at some point to experience again x

I booked in to do a joint session with a friend and we couldn’t recommend Sana enough! She’s has a great selection of instruments and really knows what she is doing. Sana has created a lovely atmosphere and you really feel/know that you’re in the best of hands, which definitely enhances the experience so you get the best out of your sound healing session. Honestly unbelievable! I see Brenda regularly now, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop… She reads the body so incredibly well, and always gives me exactly what I need. She knows how to deeply hold space for a woman and how to nurture the soul. I feel light, so safe in my body and my feminine energy is restored 🥰

I’m taken aback with how amazing this session was. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to open up enough to fully experience the benefits but Brenda is truly magical. I had a hot towel massage on Wednesday, its taken until today to try to find the words worthy of this experience. Sana was like a magician, I arrived my body full of work day stresses, and my face seeped in pollution, and left so cleansed and relaxed I wasn't sure I should be driving home! An hours worth of facial cleansing and massaging, is just divine, at one point it felt like bubbles were being stroked on with a feather 🙃 All finished off with a tension releasing head massage. My skin still feels amazing today, soft, moisturised and refreshed. A great experience, I'm booking again.
