I feel so good during and after a visit to Reflexions, whether for a full-body massage or foot reflexology, the treatment is exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. Even the air there smells peaceful and welcoming! It's a great place, and the people are outstanding!

I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

OMG this was my first session with Michal and this was nothing like any Reflexology I’ve had before.! I literally walked away on air and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. I’m currently suffering with plantar fasciitis in one heel and have been in agony with it. Not saying this cured it but definitely made it more comfortable than had been for a long time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you I will be back.

My daughter enjoys her reflexology sessions with Tina. She's so nice and accommodating, she always asks for anything that would help my daughter with her problems, especially her period and stress from her GCSEs. She always feels relaxed and positive after every session and looks forward to her next session. I will highly recommend and try the experience and I am pretty sure you won't regret it.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

I’ve been having reflexology with Tina for over a year now and always come away feeling super calm and rebalanced. She takes so much time and care over each session, I feel like each one is tailored specifically to me and my needs. She has a holistic approach and also has great suggestions on lifestyle tips to complement the treatments. I would highly recommend booking a course of treatments with Tina, especially for stress, gut or period/PMS issues.

I’m new to reflexology and had an initial consultation and treatment with Emily. The space itself is a wonderful haven, with calming music, very comfortable heated bed and a snuggly blanket. The treatment itself was magical and exceeded all expectations. I felt myself unwinding completely from the first moments, through the combination of foot massage and pressure point focus. It’s hard to put into words how transporting and blissful I found it; I feel that the benefits will stay with me well into the next hours and evening ahead. Fully recommend. Thank you Emily!

It is obvious that Michael is very experienced and cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. I’ve never before received such a precise and focused reflexology treatment. I booked 90 minutes with Emily and had face and foot reflexology. It was such a relaxing and lovely treatment . Emily is amazing and knows exactly what I needed I felt so much better afterwards. I had a fantastic reflexology session with Emily, primarily to help with an ongoing neurological condition affecting my neck/head. As a first time reflexology client, Emily was great at listening to my medical history & explaining the processes of reflexology clearly before my session. Emily was highly professional, calming, kind and happy to adapt the session if required. The session was incredibly relaxing, in a lovely, comfortable, peaceful setting & helped reduce my built up tension. I would highly recommend Emily if you are managing symptoms or just in of need of relaxation.
