I feel so good during and after a visit to Reflexions, whether for a full-body massage or foot reflexology, the treatment is exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. Even the air there smells peaceful and welcoming! It's a great place, and the people are outstanding!

I had pregnancy reflexology with Emily and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! She was so warm and welcoming, really attentive to any needs and clearly very experienced and skillful in terms of the actual massage and reflexology. The environment was so comfortable and calming, and I found the whole treatment incredibly relaxing. She also gave me techniques to take away to continue with at home. I will certainly be back!

OMG this was my first session with Michal and this was nothing like any Reflexology I’ve had before.! I literally walked away on air and felt completely relaxed and refreshed. I’m currently suffering with plantar fasciitis in one heel and have been in agony with it. Not saying this cured it but definitely made it more comfortable than had been for a long time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you I will be back.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

I always come away from reflexology with Carla floating on a cloud. She has such a calm, kind aura & truly healing hands. She is incredibly knowledgable & gives bespoke advice on the areas she identifies each treatment & she creates a very safe sanctuary in which you can totally relax & unwind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for massage therapies. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have had 2 reflexology sessions with Emily, which have been amazing and relaxing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and really took her time explaining how reflexology works and what to expect after a session. I would definitely be going back postpartum!!!

I’m new to reflexology and had an initial consultation and treatment with Emily. The space itself is a wonderful haven, with calming music, very comfortable heated bed and a snuggly blanket. The treatment itself was magical and exceeded all expectations. I felt myself unwinding completely from the first moments, through the combination of foot massage and pressure point focus. It’s hard to put into words how transporting and blissful I found it; I feel that the benefits will stay with me well into the next hours and evening ahead. Fully recommend. Thank you Emily!

It is obvious that Michael is very experienced and cares about his clients’ health and wellbeing. I’ve never before received such a precise and focused reflexology treatment. A day later and I can still feel my feet are warm from the increased blood flow as well as a more relaxed digestive system. Thank you Michael!

I booked 90 minutes with Emily and had face and foot reflexology. It was such a relaxing and lovely treatment . Emily is amazing and knows exactly what I needed I felt so much better afterwards.
