Her intuitive, sensitive work goes far beyond the physical body, helping me reconnect with trust, calm, and balance during a very vulnerable time. Each session feels deeply supportive, adaptive, inspiring, creative and safe, and I’ve felt a real difference in how my body and mind responds and progresses with it. It changed my life really. I’m incredibly grateful for her brilliant and honest care and couldn’t recommend her more highly!!!

As always, I had an absolutely wonderful massage with Brenda at Casa Regina! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brenda was professional, attentive, and really skilled. She had excellent technique and really knew how to work out the tension I'd been carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere at Casa Regina was lovely as well. Thank you so much Brenda! I went in for a intuitive 2 hour massage. The space was beautiful and peaceful. I felt safe and held throughout. It was a mixture of massage, accessing old wounds through body work and an overall sensory experience. I left feeling grounded and curious. Will be back at some point to experience again x

Honestly unbelievable! I see Brenda regularly now, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop… She reads the body so incredibly well, and always gives me exactly what I need. She knows how to deeply hold space for a woman and how to nurture the soul. I feel light, so safe in my body and my feminine energy is restored 🥰

I’m taken aback with how amazing this session was. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to open up enough to fully experience the benefits but Brenda is truly magical. I don’t really have the words to describe this experience - As a plus-size woman, in the past I have rarely feel at ease immediately when I arrive for a treatment, but the space feels sacred and is so welcoming. Brenda is an incredibly gentle soul who read my body - the tension, the pain and emotional blockages - and unwound, soothed and released with compassion. I have already booked my next session - can’t recommend highly enough!
