Today was my first aromatherapy reflexology treatment. And it was so good! Within 2 mins I had totally switched off. I even nodded off it was that relaxing. The treatment was so lovely I felt zen and had a clear mind for the rest of the day. The results that Fiona had picked up on during my treatment also rang very true! I will definitely be booking another asap!

Visited Debbie today for a full body massage, face and scalp with reflexology. Truly a wonderful experience. Great pressure and technique and so relaxing. Debbie is the best out there! Would highly recommend.

Second visit for reflexology with Alison. Didn’t disappoint. It’s fascinating that without any knowledge of ongoing niggles what can be picked up from the feet. 💯 would recommend to anyone.

My first ever professional wax and I was a little nervous about the pain! I needn’t have been, Kelsea was brilliant, chatted to me throughout which distracted me and super efficient so it was over in a flash! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back 😊

Converted to reflexology! This is such a special place. Somewhere I always feel safe and held, which is so important when you’re working on connecting with your body. I’ve loved every treatment I’ve had, but this one might have been my favourite!

Alaine is lovely! From start to finish she made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I enjoyed a very relaxing reflexology treatment which was amazing. I’m so glad I’ve found this local gem of a sanctuary and will definitely return to try other treatments.

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. Debbie’s treatment room is always welcoming, calming candles, music that is calming - add Debbie’s friendly welcome and magic hands what more is needed on a Friday afternoon to relax into the weekend 😊

Had a lovely experience today for my Indian head massage and foot reflexology I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease straight away and after the treatment was Evan more relaxed the little extra touches made it Evan more off lovely experience cup of tea n biscuits after plus some bath salts just made it feel so much more special thankyou

I really enjoyed my first reflexology session with Caroline. She talked me through the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions I had. A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. The buccal massage, facial and reflexology massage were the most relaxing treatments. Alaine was very welcoming and her space is so beautiful and cosy. Would definitely recommend!
