This was the highlight of my Banff trip. I felt healed in a way I've never experienced before. Kim was professional, caring, super nice, attentive to all my needs, and so much more. I'm doing this every time I go to Banff. I cannot recommend this place enough. The view was spectacular too.

The experience was great! The couples massage package included a sauna and shower prior to the massage. The studio was clean and the staff were kind and professional. I would recommend to anyone spending time in Banff who are looking to have a massage treatment.

Nikki was a treat. She took the time to hear about both chronic and more acute complaints and needs. She applied the right kind of pressure for my needs. She found the tricky balance between talking and quiet moments. She shared her knowledge while at the same time showing an openness and curiosity to learn new ideas and information. My massage with Marc was fantastic! I have had many, many massages and this was the best without question. He really knows his stuff. He obviously cares about his work and it shows. When I am back in Banff I will book with him again. The spa in general is also beautiful and well set up.

Am amazing complete body massage experience. You are able to choose areas of focus and pressure intensity as you prefer. Warm table, warm towels, warm oils really make you feel like you are on top of the world!

My husband and I both got massages. This was our first time going and it was excellent! I had Marc, he was so friendly, I felt so relaxed, just what I needed to end a great getaway with my husband. My husband saw the manager, he was very impressed. Next time we’re in Banff we are definitely going back.

I was an esthetician once upon and there is nothing at all that I could criticize. Everything was perfect. I had a wonderful experience here, I came with 5 friends, we were all booked in together. I was booked in with Josh. He was wonderful, took into account which problem spots I had for my massage and every so often he would make sure I was doing ok, checked to see if the pressure was ok, very soft spoken which was perfect for the setting. I wish I lived in Banff because I would definitely come back. I left feeling very refreshed. Thank you for the amazing service.
