The best hair spa in Melbourne!! I love the herb aroma and They used very good shampoo Aesop. My hair look healthy after treatment. Also i did body scrub, my skin is soo soft and feel so clean. Thank you do much Dada. I will definitely come back again.

Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Highly recommend for anyone needing to unwind and reset in the heart of Melbourne. ⭐

Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

Had a really bad pain in my shoulder blade so went with a 45 minute back massage. The guy who attended to me (don’t know the spelling but his name sounded like Grate) was great and concentrated just on that side of my back. Felt so much better afterwards. I actually live 5 hours away, was in Melbourne visiting my mother in law. But if I am in Melbourne with a back pain again, I will definitely be back!

Prudence was an excellent masseuse! I had the Aroma Detox and my husband had the Deep Dive. Such an amazing place! We tried their South Yarra branch a month ago and then we saw the opening of this location, couldn’t be happier since we are closer to here and parking is so easy comparing to South Yarra! The venue is soooo cool, themed rooms, new towels, we are blown away! And most importantly, the massage is exact same level of service as what we got in South Yarra. And the staff mentioned most of them will be working at both locations anyways. Thank you once again for blessing us in South Melbourne with your establishment. We will be back

Return customer to Vigorous Thai in West Melbourne for a deep tissue massage and cupping. I've never had cupping before and Anna and the reception staff were both so great in explaing what to expect and all of the after care things. As expected, my massage was amazing. Vspa is a hidden gem, Melbournes best kept secret. It is so affordable, has clean facilities, and a relaxing indulgent experience, everything is taken care of the instant you arrive until you leave. I recommend the spa packages and especially like starting with the 30 minute foot spa massage, so relaxing after spending the day in the city
