Absolutely wonderful massage experience at the IOMI from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming and beautifully relaxing. The deep dive massage was exceptional The therapist was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced, taking the time to focus on areas of tension and leaving me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. The peaceful experience was finished big with tea and snacks, which prepared me for my return to reality and the test of my city adventure. Best deep tissue massage I've had in Melbourne Came in to the Moonee Ponds location on Puckle St and honestly couldn't be happier. I booked a deep tissue massage and it delivered exactly that — proper pressure, targeting the right spots, no half-measures. You can tell the therapists actually know what they're doing. The space is calm and welcoming, and I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend if you need something that actually works out the tension rather than just a gentle rub-down.

Had a really bad pain in my shoulder blade so went with a 45 minute back massage. The guy who attended to me (don’t know the spelling but his name sounded like Grate) was great and concentrated just on that side of my back. Felt so much better afterwards. I actually live 5 hours away, was in Melbourne visiting my mother in law. But if I am in Melbourne with a back pain again, I will definitely be back!
